The ENERGY STAR Change a Light, Change the World Campaign is a challenge to encourage Utahns to help change the world, one light at a time.
Utah Clean Energy is partnering with the Utah Geological Survey State Energy Program and Governor's Office to challenge 1,000 Utahns to take the ENERGY STAR Change a Light Pledge to change one incandenscent light bulb to an ENERGY STAR light bulb or fixture.
